We collect only the personal information needed to respond to submissions, administer ministry activities, process payments, manage appointments and communicate where consent has been given. Access is role-restricted, sensitive notes are kept private, payment-card and banking credentials are never stored, and records are retained only for legitimate ministry, legal and operational purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable under POPIA by contacting the ministry.
Information we may process
Contact information, form responses, ministry participation records, appointment details, giving records, consent records and technical security information may be processed when relevant to the service requested.

Security and sharing
Access is limited by role. Payment providers receive only the information needed to process a transaction. We do not sell personal information and do not store payment-card or online-banking credentials.
